By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing RoofHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
RoofHQ provides roofing contractors with software tools including satellite-based roof measurements, automated estimate generation, proposal documents, job management, payment collection via Stripe, and related communications. These tools are intended for preliminary planning, sales, and business-management purposes.

ALL SATELLITE IMAGERY, MEASUREMENTS, SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS, MATERIAL QUANTITIES, AND DOLLAR FIGURES PRODUCED BY THE SERVICE ARE ROUGH AUTOMATED APPROXIMATIONS PROVIDED FOR PRELIMINARY PLANNING ONLY. THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSE.
You agree that you are solely responsible for manually field-verifying every measurement, quantity, and price before submitting any binding client bid, signing a contract, or purchasing materials. You further agree that final quotes issued to your customers are your own professional work product, made in your sole professional judgment, and that RoofHQ is not a party to and bears no responsibility for agreements between you and your customers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person or company; automated creation of accounts (including to obtain free trials repeatedly) is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until canceled. By entering a payment method you authorize recurring charges. Details of our billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation practices are described in our Billing & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You may cancel at any time on a self-service basis from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of measurements or estimates, and uninterrupted or error-free availability. No advice or information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofHQ's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the lesser of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, lost profits or revenue, lost data, or costs of substitute services, even if advised of their possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
You and RoofHQ agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court, administered by a recognized arbitration provider selected by the parties. You and RoofHQ each waive the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or jury trial. Claims must be brought individually. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. Where local law provides non-waivable rights to bring claims in court, this clause applies only to the extent permitted.
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
